They steal it they steal it and insurance will pay me to get another. However one story I've heard is that these are not sold in Mexico, so one on the border is a red flag. How true, no idea.

14 or 15? My 14 makes great power stock, I've wondered if the 15 was a noticeable difference

It's 15. The 15s make 440hp and 880tq I believe. I definately tell the difference from my buddies 13. The 15s also have a new torque convertor, injection pump, injectors (or tweaked), larger turbocharger, and controllable exhaust brake.
