  • New toy - Caution - Mopar content inside

The Scamp has been a lot of fun, but I found myself wanting an E body pretty bad here lately. Wasn't looking for another big block car, just a nice driver that I can cruise around in. Found this '71 Challenger in Atlanta. Total '70s vibe going on, taillights in the sky, big and littles (those are period correct Fenton wheels, not Cragars), 318 2bbl (completely stock and numbers matching, shows 51,000 miles) automatic, ps and pb. Not going to do anything to it but add a vintage a/c system and drive it.

The Scamp will likely be for sale in the next week or so, the curse of living on the city with no storage space.

Can't really hate either one, but that green is too sexy to sell.

It's a tough call. If I can figure out how to get them both in the garage, I'd love to keep both. Nice cruiser and a fun track car too.

Factory FC7 car with elastomeric bumpers? Yes please!

Cool car. You just can't lose with an E-body.

I wish. The fender tag is missing, but the build sheet is supposed to be there and in good shape. I'm betting the bumpers are painted steel, but it may be the original color.

They're kinda like Endura bumpers, except made of steel.

Nice! I prefer the E body myself, and you can't go wrong with the color: Statutory Grape!
