It's a little bit odd to see the trap speeds so far off and a full second faster with nothing but a drag radial. It's not like car manufacturers are beneath sending out a stripped down ringer for the first publication.

Go get you a 700+hp car, put some factory street tires in a 275 size on it and see how fast you can go on the street. they werent even on a drag strip, they were on a road course with makeshift timing system.
