Not exactly in my wheelhouse but I would guess a coalescing filter/separator skid used to get small (couple micron) particles, mists, compressor oil, etc out of NG (close the well head before transmission and processing).

The unpainted vessels are 3 phase separators. They separate the oil, water, and gas coming in. These are usually used for testing purposes. There is more than likely plates inside these vessels. The blue "things" that screw into the vessel are Kimray dumps that act as a float dump. Once the level reaches a certain set point typically set by a pumper the vessel will dump a certain amount of fluid based off the pressures and such.
The painted vessels I'm sure are alike, but just different configurations. Kind of hard to see, but they look like two phase separators that just do liquid and gas and the vertical vessel looks to be a gas scrubber. These probably go to a heater treater and separate from there vs the 3 phase which the oil side still goes to the heater.
