  • Dragged junk home

My house finally sold and wanted a new ride. Been wanting an old wagon bad. Then a range of wide sided mopars (66-7 Satellite). Found a couple even that I almost couldnt buy fast enough. Sweet bodies but something about floorboards being almost non existent bugs me. So onto what I pulled the trigger on (I hate that cliche!). Anytime I wander on ad list I always wander Datsun sections since I dig the hell out of em. Would love a 510 but Zs are cool too. Last week the itch was gonna get taken care of. Called handful of folks and waited for replies. Car I really wanted to see that day couldn't show til Sunday. Other guy calls with another I was kinda interested about. Ended up driving and digging the car for the price couple mods and shape. Looking at it I could tell it had some easy power to extract by fixing obvious stuff. Anyways onto drive home in new car and other guy calls to verify sunday to show car. Well didn't wanna totally douche out and went for a look. Well car wouldn't start out of nowhere according to the guy which opened the barter door. Couldn't pass it up and here's what I ended bringing home on the stretcher.

        Cool, indeed.

Seems like a good spot for an RB25.

Those are fun cars. I had a '79 280ZX with trible Webers and suspension mods. Always liked the look of the 240Z and 260Z better though.
                  I second the LS swap!

I'd put the headlights from the black one on the green one and call the exterior good!

I had a '78 in HS. Loved it but frame was way too rusted to keep. Kinda wish I had another to tinker with, fun car.
