well looks like it would be a good time to service the docks... or build one for when the lake rises back up..

Same thing happened to lake Granbury, my buddies lake house in on it and we haven't been able to use it in 2 years. All last weeks rain has helped and we hope to be able to use it this year.

Lake worth only fluctuates 1-2' but it's only 12' deep and has a consumption ban

LBJ and Nasworthy have other lakes they drain to keep them constant.

I have a friend who has been trying to sell his very nice lakehouse on Bridgeport for quite some time and they are getting zero interest. His teenage son was involved in a very bad gymnastics accident a few months ago and they need to sell the house to help cover medical bills.

Joe Pool is one. It rarely fluctuates more than a foot.

Lots of area lakes are bad. My uncle has a big ass boat on Ray Hubbard, in a slip, but there's only like 30" of water under it right now. He's trying to get his boat out of there and relocate it to another lake before it's resting on the ground. Apparently lots of people are trying to do the same, and Joe Pool now has a huge waiting list for slips at both marinas.
