The huffington post article and video are 100x better than the original linked article. The officer does fire at the exact moment his arm gets hit by the officer in tan. I don't think it's a coincidence he fires at that exact moment. Looks to me like an accident. It doesn't justify the shooting in any way just looks like poor handling of a firearm and some major officer training issues combined with an idiot on bath salts.

Looks to me they are outside the jail, and what if they don't shoot the guy and he gets away and really hurts someone. Then the cop gets in trouble for that. Im not saying what he did was right but in that moment it was he felt was right. I know there are some bullshit cops and there are some real good ones. But it said he had already been taxed like 5 times and he had gotten out of cuffs a few times...
