I am a compulsive reader and have about 4 or 5 books going at any given time and fall asleep every night with a book in my hand. I do not read every post made here if that is what you query was about.

You must've missed the thread that became devoted to Matt telling Eric that he should be glad that he's not retired, and how he should be careful when he does.

I just do not understand the constant back and forth between them; it is like they are each others hated ex's that are forced to deal with each other because of children or something.

They both enjoy the argument, otherwise they wouldn't have it. Again, not hard to figure out.

A threat is someone saying that they are going to cause you harm even if you do not agree to the engagement. Calling you out is inviting you to engage in the activity IF you agree to the terms. Like I said before, I do not see the man threatening you; you may be perceiving what he has said as threatening though.

As far as me antagonizing you goes, that is not my style. I am just trying to figure out what is going on between you two; albeit I do tend to see things through my own world view based on my own personal experiences.

It appears to me that you do not understand his challenge to you while I understand it perfectly.

He has literally threatened me, multiple times; other member(s) as well. He tries his best to do it indirectly, but sometimes gets so worked up about it he forgets himself.

If you haven't read all the threads, then I don't blame you for not knowing what is going on, but it would seem to be a good idea not to make yourself look foolish by commenting on an ongoing situation, that isn't solely confined to this thread, while openly admitting you're not aware of all the particulars.

If you want some boring reading, just search the "about nine" tag and go from there. There is enough material to either keep you entertained all day long or annoyed. Go forth and be educated.

You're right. I hate getting in fights. I've won some, and lost more, but I never enjoy them. At least I can put an AR15 together, and not fuck over half the board in the process.

We have a boxer and a cat that fight like cats and dogs (pawing, spitting and clawing through the fence) when they are in their adjacent kennels, but they get along great when they are in the house together. Matt and Eric would probably be the same way if you could get them together.
