Same way I felt about my parents place man. My dad built this massive deck in the backyard. It took him months, and I liked to pretend I was helping him but I was probably in the way more than anything. haha It was still standing when I looked at it, but they had taken the roof off that had been covered in ivy. They also took a huge shed down and another deck that was off the office in the sideyard. I think the place ended up having termite problems while my parents were trying to sell it.
The foundation also went to shit from the massive second floor apartment they built for my sister while she was having more health issues and needed to move back home. I'll always love that place, but I am MUCH better off where I am than in some huge 3500 square foot monster.

It needs a lot of work and in an area of SE Dallas that I would never live again. I'll have to sell it as-is and the buyer will likely be one of the Hispanic families next door or across the street.
