I have a black bear tune on my 5.3. What made the biggest difference was turning off the "active fuel management". But they also changed the shift points, etc with the transmission which helped. It really woke my truck up. It's stock except for a magnaflow muffler. My fuel mileage is about the same (16.8-mostly city).Comment
