  • Need a car detail in Waco area?

Had the Centex detail guys come out today to work on my truck. They always impress me with their work. They have done a few cars for me now and I feel confident to recommend them to others, just real excellent work and they have all the proper tools to do it right.
Not too bad for an 18 year old work truck. Paint feels like it has an oil slick on it its so smooth. After he washed it he had me put my hand in a bag and run it over the hood. Felt like I was running my hand on asphalt. After the chemical clay treatment and glazer and sealer its amazing how smooth it is considering its the original paint. They do great interior work too, have all kinds of machines and chemicals. One "smoked" my interior and after the smoke dissipated I opened it up and 100% of the cigarette smell was gone. Very impressive. I highly recommend them for anyone in the Waco area. Just great work.

Looks good. Do you have their information? Might have them detail the 'vette if you are giving them a good review.

Yeah its Cen-Tex mobile detailing. They did it right in my parking lot but I let hi use a bay while he was waxing it.

Ask for Manny and his number is 254-753-0268

Just tell him Bill from L&D sent you and he will take good care of you. He specializes in high end cars.

Well this thread seems as good as anywhere to spew some stuff nobody cares about.

Got tired of my cracked and chipped grill and sun faded lights so I decided to spruce it up a bit.

Thanks all. Its a good work truck that can always be counted on so I felt it needed some freshening up.

I thought I had ordered the brushed billet aluminum bow tie for the new grill but I guess I ordered the polished one. Was thinking of pulling it back off and sanding it so it looks brushed and to have some contrast.

Got home and another big box was on the porch, new bumper trim parts. The chrome in the rubber shrunk and peeled so for $25 I figured why not.

Next week is when the fun stuff shows up. Going to put hush mat everywhere.... well as much as 25 square feet can cover and then install my new components. Had a deal I couldn't pass up on some Illusion Audio Carbon C6 Components for the doors. I have Boston Pros but these are one giant step up and I have never seen a set for under a grand and at the price I was offered.... well I am a sucker for a deal.
Gonna throw the Boston Pro 60s up in our classifieds when the illusions arrive.
