          Im not. I will have no participation in all of their intrusions. They want it theyll have to find out themselves. As far as im concerned its none of their business if i have never touched a gun or if i have 50 in the trunk. The more ground you give to the government the more it will take imo

            Well it's part of the requirements of having a CHL. If you get popped for not disclosing it I hope you have a very nice Judge or a very good lawyer.

              It's a good idea to do so, but there is no penalty for not disclosing. If you are not asked, you don't have to disclose anything.

                It's probably better to disclose, since when they run your name, a hit will come back saying you have a CHL.
