I rode in one down south in Kandahar Afg a long time ago. Then I worked at Bell and got to see the degree of person that built those things. I think next time I am offered a ride on a V22, I will walk.

That said. I wonder how many Hurst residents called their mainline and complained about the noise? Bell used to make flight paths late at night just to see if our phone would ring before they commenced with full air operations in the future. Kind of gauging the public's reaction to helicopters coming back to Hurst.

grew up just down the road a mile or two, between bell and the railroad down near trinity the noise is nothing other than normal.
