I don't think Ramsey puts on much of a show or goes over the top on purpose much at all. I've watched his shows for years now, the guy is crazy passionate for food and cooking. He gives sincere praise for jobs well done and tears your fucking head off when you produce shit.

I honestly think out of all the fake ass people on tv, he's one of the closest to his real self.

Every time I think of Kitchen Nightmares I think of this crazy lady...

That episode was awesome. And the the update episode was great also. That lady and her husband are complete nut jobs.
