Z06 embarassed just now on 635- what car is this?

So this car came up behind me and I noticed the huge intercooler under the front bumper that was exposed, as he went by I saw he was driving from the right seat, and car sounded nice. A few seconds later a new Z06 came up next to him, threw him a rev and they both hit it (Z06 getting the jump) and this car absolutely destroyed him. Anyone know what car this is exactly?

These cars are #1 on my must have bucket list. You can get them imported into canada from Japan, fully built with over 8xx.xxhp for around 20k. I've driven 2 of they and the shifting is deffinitley hard to get used to. The only issue is US registration, in canada they will import and license any car 20yrs or older. In the US we need a d.o.t test and crash test. So almost impossible do have a legal one now. Add to that, the fact that they have japanese vins that wont work here, so d.o.t has to assign a new US vin #.

To buy a legal one in the US, 50-150k depending on wether its a r32 - r34 and gts- gtr and the low end is for a completely stock one. Parts are $$$$$.

Fuck I'd rather have a Z06. My buddy has a C6 Zo6 with all kinds of shit done to it and its really nice.

While I love a z06, they are dime-a-dozen now. There are only around 6 of these in dallas and two are owned by the tritek/triwerks guys and both make around 1k hp.



Needless to say, there are only a handfull of cars I would choose over a skyline and all of them are ultra exotics. Hell I would rather a stock skyline than a zr1.

Totally different driveline. Jap.skyline- rb26 tt awd and us vq35 (same basic engine as z and g35)

My buddy has a 92 or 93 Skyline, red, right hand drive , etc.. Those cars are pretty cool, just cant see myself owning one.
