I just find it interesting that every generation since probably the 80's say that the previous generations music is way better than their own generation.

I do think that 60-80's music is better than most the music after it. I dunno why. Probably because I had to listen to it growing up.

I actually like the music from my own generation. Hell, the music in my car right now consists of the beastie boys, offspring, metallica, white zombie, motley crue, guns N roses, etc. Don't get me wrong, I will rock the shit out of the classics, but I definitely like the music from the late 80's and 90's.

Glad some of those kids realize the rock music that's put out today is pure shit.

I can't stand the crap that 97.1 plays anymore, it's 92.5 for the most part. Yeah, agreed that nirvana was overrated, they had some good songs, but there were better bands out there.

If I had to chose only one decade of music to listen to for the rest of my life it would be the 90's. Sorry 60's. A couple of years ago I downloaded over 100 90's music videos, threw them on a usb and play them on my surround sound. It's fucking awesome. Like a better version of the 90's MTV. Maybe I should throw a couple of episodes of Beavis and Butthead and Real World San Francisco in the middle to mix it up. Still remember spending almost the entire weekend watching Woodstock '94 Live while it was going down and wishing I was there so much.
