    One of the most important rules of carrying a gun with that kind of safety feature is ensuring there is no obstruction before holstering the weapon. Can't really blame the weapon all that much since there are a gazillion of them out there.

              Right. There is no problem with the weapon in that case. He wasn't even paying attention while reholstering it. Dumbass
