Hand made by British coach builders. They have an assembly line but most of the components are made on site. It's not as extreme as Ferrari where everything but the tires is made at the plant though.

I cant fit in the car with the top up. Next scene is him driving with the top up with a tad bit of head room. And then the random guy in the bushes at 6:13.. appears out of nowhere lol.

When he says he can't fit in it with the top up, he may be saying it's more uncomfortable for him to drive in it with the top up. The guy in the bushes is one of their camera guys getting the shot coming around the curve.
