I've lobbed 22 from my MkII bull barreled Ruger to put lead on a broad side 55 gallon drum at 300 yards. Once I had the general aim and angle figured out it was pretty easy to repeat hit. It was minimal wind that day. I like the end of the video when he's talking about hitting the pole 4 times and the target 1 and the size comparisons.

Damn, at the 1,26 mark you see the distortion and the bullet fall from the gong, then immediately following is the report. Pretty damn awesome.

Is he right handed left eye dominant, I watched a couple of his clips and he lays his head over pretty far.

That's how I am. I've always shot like that. It paid off later in life as my vision has deteriorated in my right eye far more than in my left

I just moved the gun to the left. It allowed me to continue to shoot in isosceles.

We mostly shot long guns as kids and I always used my left eye

I remember watching an episode of Cops years ago where they were following LAPD SWAT and they were at the range. One of the officers used his 1911 to hit a gallon milk jug on the side of a hill at something retarded like 500 yards. He would fire, move his head to the side and look for the impact and then adjust his point of aim.
