      I noticed that too. At the very beginning of the video, it looks like the thug points the gun at someone (at the top of the video) and takes a phone or something and no one says/does anything.

            He robbed two people first - right side of bus next to where he was sitting, he then walks behind another guy and puts the gun to his neck.
