Body damage wise it seems really straight. The passenger front glass has a crack in it ( not terrible, but I will want to find a new one)

Well I am hoping super duty but I didn't dig into it too much because it was so cheap I would have bought it either way. It was from a shooting buddy of mine who has had it for a while and doesn't know anything about it. I have a mental image of what the engine looks like viewed from behind the cab. It has a rear mounted distributor at a slant.
