    Damned poignant.

Danny's imbedded one didn't work for me. Here's another try:

Curiosity got the better of me. Wasn't bad at all, although it was filled with some idealistic bullshit.

Dude, I usually have hell with that. This time I just copied the URL and pasted it. When I made the post, the video was imbedded. Its friggin' magic.

Good. I haven't walked in your shoes, so didn't want to say it was no big deal and have you watch it and have emotions. Chin up, bro.

It sure does seem like the ripped a page right out of the Thin Red Line script.

I handle it better than people expect me to.

Seems that way, my brother was blown up down range earlier this year (he is okay) and the emotion that evokes when I think about it...well... couldn't even imagine man.

Glad he is OK. Did he come back home whole?

Thanks man, yeah he is in one piece. Fractured Tib/Fibs, torn ACL/Meniscus and some muscle damage. We count our blessings. He was in a pretty up-armored Stryker. His unit had taken one the week before that put a hurtin on the Stryker in front of my brother's.

Glad he is one piece. He recovered nicely I hope.

Mike had a close call like that back in 2010 when deployed to Iraq. IED went off about 10 yards after his truck passed it, fucker was damned lucky that time.

Good to hear he's in one piece, hoping for a speedy recovery.
