    That's cool, the dog had a lot more stamina then the cheetah.

      Cheetahs are good for short bursts of speed, but use up their energy pretty quick. IIRC, they have to consume some ungodly amount of calories a day to function.

              Actually cheetahs have semi-retractable claws and paws that are best suited for running not slicing and dicing.

                          I don't think the cat was necessarily tired, just being a cat and losing interest. When it was chasing the dog it looked like it was barely exerting any effort.
                          A cheetah that size could destroy that dog pretty easily. It was just playing.
