    I haven't read about the NY deal, but her driving like she was and putting others in danger, I'd be Ok if they threw the book at her

      Dude, a lot of municipalities couldn't run without civil asset forfeiture. It's a way bigger issue than simple revenue generation from tickets. Read this:
