Yea, you can keep it. 2yrs ago the wife, father in law, and step mother in law, went on a cruise to Costa Maya, Belize, Honduras Cozumel. I loved the destinations, but the time off the boat was too short. On the boat, 1/3 the boat got Rotovirus which meant everywhere you went you had to sanitize your hand before you could go into any room, the buffets all had to be given to you. My father in law got it Wednesday and the wife and I got it Saturday and Sunday which was Christmas, and stayed around for over a week.
The wife and I decided we will never go on a cruise again, just fly to the destination we want to go.

I did that same cruise on the Magic last January, it was pretty cool. I really liked Key West, the Sundowner squadron is based there and they kept doing flybys on the ship when we were coming in. It's pretty cool to see F-18s chasing F-14s with Soviet and Iranian paint jobs. Especially when they can fly supersonic.
Nassau is very nice but very expensive. Freeport sucked though, expensive and not really tourist friendly. They have a casino there and that's about it.

I've never been on a cruise period. I've never been seasick, but I've never been on a boat in the ocean either. But from what I know, Carnival is the Wal Mart of cruise ships. And fuck a bunch of that.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Went to Key West a year and a half ago on Royal Carribean. I personally love cruises, its the definition of relaxing to me. Don't have to worry about transportation, eating, drinking, where to stay, etc. I'm saving for a Disney Cruise next! I understand its not for some, and thats fine. I've not experienced the whole boat getting sick, that would suck.

Carnival Cruises have too many damn kids and the Carnival Magic sucks as a boat. Layout is awful, narrow walkways and crowded as hell. We'll never do another Carnival Cruise. Now we did a Royal Caribbean a while back, and it was awesome, top to bottom. So YMMV I'd like to give some others a shot, but I'm out on Carnival from now on.

Food was good, all you could possibly eat at every meal. Carnival Magic was super clean, almost every room has a balcony. This was my first criuse, not crowded at all. All casinos suck, the one on the magic is no different. Got to go fishing in Nassau, Captain JJ 424-425-7779.If you want to fish, always only talk to the captain on the boat, no one else or it will cost you double. Find the fishing boats, tell no one what you want, talk to the person on the boat only. Take some stainless hooks, a roll of 30 lb line and some weights. Shit on Nassau like that is 5x as much as in the states or more. Give that stuff to the captain. To ship stuff there is 80.00 for 4 dam lbs. Take as much as you can carry, even cheap reels, it will make a big difference in the fishing trip.Attached FilesDon't worry about what you can't change.
