I also grew up in PA with the gun racks, and to this day in the country areas you're always seeing rifles being toted around - similar to what you see in TX. If you see someone in the hood walking around with a gun, he's probably just exercising his rights as an american citizen. Last time I saw someone walking around with a gun, someone got shot. If that man was on his way to kill his ex wife,that cop would have been a hero.
