            I've people try that stupid move here in the US. Sadly, neither time ended with them learning this lesson.

              Worked a wreck where a guy in a Lincoln pulled that maneuver and ran into the back of a cement-mixer truck stopped on the shoulder. Things didn't end well for the Lincoln. Or it's driver.
