That's a badass commercial and a pretty sick truck! I've heard that if you can put tradition aside as far as having an American Peterbuilt that a Volvo is pretty damn hard to beat in most areas as far as semi's go.

I bought a Volvo 780 last year, It rides like a Caddy. I have a 12 speed auto shift, They have the automatic down pat, Shifts faster than I can in my best day so i dont loose momentum like on a hill. Skip shifts when it can, I hardly ever have to make it shift. No more left leg twice as big as the right.Originally posted by slowyellow View PostThat's a badass commercial and a pretty sick truck! Some good trickery. The left truck moves out away from the right one which stays still. If you look closely, it does not have a trailer! Its a box truck! Only the right truck has a trailer.2004 TR Mustang Mach 1 RIP

You are correct. I've owned a Pete 379 and driven lots of miles in Volvo company trucks.Originally posted by slowyellow View PostThat's a badass commercial and a pretty sick truck! Seeing as ALL Volvo's sold in the US are built in Dublin, VA. I'd say they they are pretty American as well. I have driven Pete's, KW's, Volvo's, Mack, Freightliners, Sterlings, and Internationals. The Volvo's are pretty damn comfortable.Originally posted by slowyellow View PostThat's a badass commercial and a pretty sick truck! I think this guy has it figured out. It's hard even for a good driver to keep a trailer that straight while going in reverse at 10-15 mph.Originally posted by line-em-up View PostAfter watching that and asking why the trucks were going backwards, I decided that they actually reversed the video. During filming, he started out in the split position and the trucks pulled forward.

Yeah, you can tell by the lack of effort Segal put in any of his action scenes that he's the ultimate douche. Van Damme is a Frog...of course he's douchey.Originally posted by Pokulski-Blatz View PostYou have to be kidding. I think Segal would be the clear winner.
