The man working the tree should have been following one of the most important IHRA/NHRA rules. Your last movement when staging must be forward. A good starting line worker will always make the person that overstages completely back-up, then re-light the pre-stage and stage lights in a forward gear. I guess I need to make sure I get plenty of video on Sunday when I go to the "Import Face-Off" at the Texas Motorplex, as there might be a few lolzzz with all the ricers.

The Texas Motorplex has always seemed to have good ones. Wes Rogers did it for awhile. I haven't been out there in forever, so who knows these days.
