I pray & hope I get to own a Boss 302 one day. I want Comp Orange! But I must admit. I already have a Orange car & really dig the shit out of The Gotta Have It Green. But damn that green Boss is THE SHIT! Tell him im drooling over his shit, OH and if he wants to toss some scraps ( NITROUS OUTLET KIT this way. I will gladly take it off his hands! I got a 2000 6.80 motor car I want to start out a 100 shot on & see if I can get in the 6.20s

not so much a thread backfire as an explanation. I asked two questions, I got both answered. I think it's cool as shit that the cars do double duty. My Ranger does the same, it's a toy and a work horse. I thought by the looks of the cars that someone turned boss's into strait line cars. It's not that I hate it, I just didn't understand. Figured this was the place to throw the question out there. I was right. 1.60 60's, low 12s on stock suspension and slicks is sick as hell! My ranger is no where near as fast and it still won't turn for shit! lol
I'm not hating... just confused. now I'm neither.
I lust after both of those cars, to the owners, hats off, I'd like to buy y'all a beer some day.

They come with ported heads and a bigger intake stock. So why not drag race them?

This is my uncle's bone-stock Boss 302 LS... it is a pretty capable car on a course or strip.
