No sir, but that's not to say it's not a possibility.

However, to restore your Android device info, you have to sign into your google acct, but it doesn't other accts(FB, Yahoo...) that were previously on it.

It's a 4 second fix to disable this...just turn off access to the control center from the lock screen.... then, no more possibility to turn on airplane mode without unlock. Security problem solved!

There is a lot of IF's with this happening, but I can see it for the most average user this is possible to have everything setup perferctly for this guys' scenario to play out. Its a damn stretch though, but I'm sure this can happen with android device.
