I'm assuming its a rig. It seems he was going slow enough to pop the trailer brakes or if he didn't have a trailer pop the parking brakes.

I witnessed a truck hit one of those ramps when I was a kid, it was a flat nosed cab-over going down I-70. It threw shit everywhere and I believe the driver ended up getting killed. They had the interstate completely shut down. Those are seriously a last ditch effort to stop.

Pretty sure we saw a guy with no brakes rolling down Alta Mesa and lucked out not hitting anybody. He managed to roll thru 3 red lights and not plow anybody over
