    The guy on the bike is a douchebag. Why did he have to harass the cops? Just let them do their job in peace.

              I really don't want to watch the video again, but the beginning was a bitch to keep up with/hear.

              I can't really form an opinion since I can't tell what happened. I don't think it is illegal to photo cops doing their job though right?

                      You must not have watched the video, the reporter was standing on public property taking pictures and was told by the police if he did not leave the BLOCK he would be arrested. The reporter returned after the cops were dispersing to get the names of the officers in charge of the incident, which is when the cops started harassing HIM.
