I like black leather and dark wood.

    That sounds kinky.

I think you've got that backwards. Lighter colors are much easier to keep clean than darker colors.

Lighter color PAINTS, yes. Ive had oh about 200 cars. Wish that was a joke. Anyway every one I had with graphite, ivory, cream or white leather had to be cleaned all the time. Every one with black or dark grey leather hardly ever needed to be cleaned.

Now paint, yeah a white car looks clean for a long time where as a black car looks dirty the second you are done drying it when you live in dirty ass Waco.

That car was pretty awesome. Great on road trips.

SMG is not clutch-less, it's an electrohydraulic shifted manual transmission.

I'm trying to get an E34 in the next year or so.

I'll be updating my e36 thread soon also, I have a bunch of parts to throw on. A 3.46 diff, some konis, a sachs clutch/PP and a bunch of trim parts.

Man, even if I come in to a late apex early with more speed than a good line will allow it won't get out of hand.

EX: Will and I were out being hooligans late at night in Fort Mexico. He was telling me which way to go to get to the best corners. After a couple of hours I was absolutely lost. He said which way to go, I went there.
We were coming up on an open viewed corner that he said was an easy 80mph. I decided to come into it at 70 and felt that the car would take a lot more. As we're approaching 100 I see a late apex that turns in real friggin hard. We were already leaning pretty good with what we had and I was foolishly riding the inside of the turn already. A light tap of the brakes kicked the car out a little, scrubbed off a touch of speed, and had the car pointing towards a safer area of the road rather than the ditch. Downshift, mash gas, and look like a boss while my asshole was attempting to remove the upholstery.

Will then realized that wasn't the street he thought it was and proceeded to head home.

I have a customer that built nearly that exact car 10+ years ago, turbo automatic, last I talked to him about it they were putting in some kind of EM to try to get over 500rw. IRRC, its a 525i.

They are certainly a capable car, but the 328i is hardly a powerhouse, so it's a bit easier to stay out of trouble on throttle. It is a bit surprising though, when you get in thinking "4-door sedan," and then realize the I6 makes as much power as the PI 4.6 stangs, and probably corners as well or better.

This is in a 328Xi. Even easier to control the throttle. It corners faaaaar better than a mustang.
