My dad's friend has a son that is homeless by choice, by being a fuck up.. Guy makes 20+ an hour tax free by pan handling. According to him, each corner is ran by a certain few people and they have a "shift change" to keep peace.. Anyways these guys have cars and a house.

My buddy in the UK says that homeless people "rent" out a 3'x3' square in tube in London because they make so much money. The rent they pay is equal to about $100 USD a DAY...
