The biggest difference in these wheels vs some of the others is these are rotary forged. The rear wheels weigh around 24lbs and the front wheels are around 22lbs and those are 20's. My stock 19's are almost 32lbs each.

Yup, I have the Ford K Springs if I remember correctly. They are like the Eibach sportlines.
