In my opinion it is real simple, truly make everything equal.

Hell, to me when it comes to murder - there should be no "hate crime" murders. Murder is murder and the punishment should be equal to the crime. To increase the death penalty would be impossible. Unless you torture the prisoner ahead of time or something.

We only classify things, because now people can kill one another and maybe get out in 10-15 years. However, maybe you'll get another whopping 5 years if you did it for some reason that is irrelevant if the punishment were appropriate.

Meanwhile, people who fuck up a little have to do prison time with people who have no problems killing someone else.

Bah, I don't want to go on this rant. What is the solution again?

It can't be a hate crime, the victim was white. Yu guys know only white people can commit hate crimes. If this was a hate crime surely Jessie Jackson's dumb ass would be own the way there wouldn't he.

I know this was supposed to be funny, but it's just sad that it is true.
