            It can't be a hate crime, the victim was white. Yu guys know only white people can commit hate crimes. If this was a hate crime surely Jessie Jackson's dumb ass would be own the way there wouldn't he.

Police said the suspect punched the 69-year-old man in the face, and then punched a 48-year-old person and an 18-year-old person, both also white. The 69-year-old slipped into a coma after the attack, and died Monday. The other victims were treated at hospitals and released. The suspect “made statements to the effect that ‘I’m going to punch the first white man that I see,'” Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said last week.



                      Hope that bastard fries. Looks like he had a long criminal record so I doubt the judge will go easy on him.

                            In a world where there was actual equality, that would be the case. In the real world, the victim has to be a member of a 'protected class'. Elderly white men don't qualify; they are an enemy of the opressed.

                            This poor young man was simply invoking his First Amendment right to express himself freely. He should be considered an artist rather than a criminal.
