a quick video from our funfly Saturday. Music is there because all you could hear was wind noise. we had gusts up to 30mph. Fun times.

Since I crashed the "Barbie bus" at our funfly and it was a club favorite, I knew I just had to replace it. But seeing as I don't like to build the same thing twice, I decided to upgrade. Though now it had to me more Barbie and more bus. How to do that? Well for starters I’ll go from a 70" wing to a 144" wing. Then redesign the fuse to resemble an actual school bus.
Okay, so now it's way more bus!
Now it needs to be more Barbie... I can do that, How about a bomb bay that paradrops six actual Barbie dolls? I have an 8yo daughter that can help there! lol
Yup so now we have a flying Barbie bus worthy of its name, and as far as I know the first giant scale flying school bus EVER!
Here’s my progress so far.
The tail is not the one I will be using. It will sport a B29 tail when done.






Here’s a pic of it test fit in the back of my long bed ranger. Looks like I’ll be using the camer shell with the tail gate down to get this one to the field.
