  • Timelapse Duster build by couple for their wedding

This is pretty awesome. Wish there were more details and pictures of the finished product. Gets going about 20 seconds in. It's mesmerizing watching it transform.

    From Jalopnik:

Sometimes a pair is so perfectly matched they can't help but get married. That's what you see here in this incredibly endearing video when you combine two mechanical engineers, an upcoming wedding, and a need for a sweet, sweet ride.

Jon, the reader who sent this in, didn't have much more information about them besides their occupations and the reason for re-doing the car, but he did say they were his brother's girlfriend's cousin and her husband, so we'll update you if we find out more about them.

I think that's what makes it even cooler, that it isn't a "traditionally" cool car.

vid was sweet, but late 70s ftl... Was hoping it was a 70-73 style. My dad had a purple 340 71, traded it for his Road Runner, but I wish he still had it, that thing was fucken sweet and pretty damn quick.

Sweet use of a camera rig, always thought a time lapse of a big project with a similar rig would be sweet. Garage needed to be a bit bigger. Car looks to have come out good too.

Cool vid and cool car (had as Aspen R/T back in the day too). I will never bitch about my 2 car garage being too small, ever again.

Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Thats about how I feel right no, Im always like THERE IS NO ROOM IN HERE, then these guys strip to bare metal and rebuild a car in what looks about a 1/4 of the size of normal

                        Very awesome video imo.

That was pretty cool. only thing I did not like was the upper hose, heater hoses and those damn 1/4 window covers. Other than that, badass. I don't have the patients to snap and edit that many photos.
