True story. when I see a sign even close to 13.6 my ass is slowed almost to a stop. Touch a bridge I gets real expensive fast. I never count on the extra inches built in. Im not going to total out a 140k truck and 50k trailer.

I certainly don't take the signs for granted. I just know my routes and take it easy. Better to go slow and get there.

I came up behind a low boy in the Bronx one day that, at 13' 6", had wedged himself under a 12' 0" bridge. That's just stupid right there.
