If there was, and the bus driver heard it, he should be charged with something for not being proactive.
My question is, if the victim notified the school of drugs being sold, why are those kids on the bus to begin with? Wouldn't that warrant a nice long ordeal with the police at the school and parents being called out. the whole nine yards?

Not everyone is wired like that. Bus driver looked every bit his age, if not older. What you see in that video is Shadingdong in about 30 years.

That's one of my worst fears as a father. If anyone were to harm my kids that way, I wouldn't be able to stop the rage in time to keep from killing them...

now that I think about this, I would sue the shit out of that school district.

The victim notified the school of drugs being sold by those kids the same day of this incident, and then they failed to realize they could end up on the same bus. obviously something wasn't done properly by the schools admin.

The video says otherwise. Case closed.

The charges won't stick. They'll all get 10 hours of probation and an hour of community service.

Another example for why you can't expect the govt (school, police, feds) to protect you. People want to take our guns by claiming that the govt will protect us. The school teaches our kids to be passive and to depend on the school to protect them and then it allows this stuff to happen by not keeping the drug dealing thugs away from the kid who did his 'duty".

Yep, so until the govt gets the point (they probably never will) pitbull attorneys should light this school district up like a Christmas tree for millions for this kid and his family. Kid will be going to college for free in a Johnny Football Benz and all the spending cash he could ever want. F-em.

I have a 12 yr old boy, that video is very upsetting to me, bus driver should have done alot more to help a child that was being beat by three animals.I dont think I would worry about the fact that I might lose my job and the ass kicking of three said animals would begin.

I'm not even going to watch it. Things like this boil my blood instantly. Thing like this are also why I could never be a bus driver. I would be beating those kids asses with no remorse or worry about my job.

I assure you, if that bus driver would have touched ANY of those kids he would have more to worry about than his job.... and it's a shame. He did what he is allowed to do by the school district. Don't blame him, blame the schools, after you blame the 3 future welfare recipients of course.
