After watching that for 30 minutes, it was more of a history/tribute. I saw very little "positivity" other than a couple of restaurants/bars opening up in the last few years. Those massive abandoned buildings will be left to rot and fall over. Funny how they didn't mention crime, the muslim populace, or the city going totally broke. It's more of "Beyond Thunderdome" atmosphere.
