New shoes for the 69 Camaro

It was driving me crazy what to go with on a near stock car that will look right and not be the same as every other car out there. Settled on E/T's version of a 17" Minilite. I am VERY happy with it. 17 x 8 and 17 x 9.5 with 245-45-17 / 285-40-17

Couple pics on the way to a car show today. Nose needs to come down about 1-1.5" and it will sit just right.

Just be warned, the 18X11's cost a shit ton of money to have built if you go with a deep dish and the two peice. Definite sticker shock when I saw that one.

Its not quite as bad as it looks in the pics. I was waving for her to pull up for the picture and the nose was up from her accelerating.

I'm not a huge Camaro fan but my wife is so I gotta make it look as good as I can. I think my personal favorite is a 67' but there many other cars that I would own first.
