There was a specific video around that one. I guess they were trying to show off or something and it went wrong.

The pilot was showing-off, he came in low and buzzed the area where the cameraman was standing, pulled up hard, did a hammerhead stall turn, and when he started coming back to do another low fly-by he slammed into the ground.

Mixture of idiot pilot and altitude.

The Javelin failing to launch and the 120mm mortar would make me piss myself. I think the mortar would have been worse though.
