Car has seen better days, but that's a very cool thing to do!"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

I've ALWAYS dreamed of doing that for my dad... He sold his 66 Nassau Blue Corvette coupe to buy the wedding ring for my Mom. It was a 327/4spd... Not sure I'd ever be able to afford to buy it for him, but it is a dream of mine that he knows nothing about on the off chance I can ever make it happen. I have no idea where the car is, or it's condition but I figure I'll worry about that if I can ever afford it.Originally posted by stevoNot a good idea to go Tim 'The Toolman' Taylor on the power phallus.

Awesome
After the GTO had been down for 7 months John and I got it back together without my dad know. Stacy and I went up to his place at the lake in 2 cars and ditched the GTO at a friends house down the road from dads. Then the next day we went over there just like normal and when we drove up my dad tripped. It also happen to be his birthday so it was very cool.
And my experience was nothing mike this videoLast edited by 2165 Turbo Rail; 07-19-2013, 06:26 PM.

My Dad's second car was a Bolero Red '67 RS/SS 350/4 speed Camaro. He blew it up on I-75 in ~70-71 and put in a 300hp 327 from a 63-64 Impala since the 350's were so "new" that there weren't many in the jy a the time. Can you imagine that? LOL
