        While I'm sure that the law says different, if someone purposely came into my lane that close and brake-checked me to the point of causing an accident, I think it would be at minimum reckless endangerment or even vehicular assault, I would take it as a deadly physical threat/attack to my own/my family's life and I would use deadly force as necessary.

        I'm sure a cop will be in here shortly to tell me how wrong I am and ignore the fact that they would blow away any 'citizen' that did it to them though.

Many times I've wanted to brake check various 4 wheeled machines when I'm on 2..and I've done it a few times...but I always make sure there's no chance of that happening.
