              I own many hoses.

How many hands is he? looks about 15h or so. let go of the saddle horn too.

I've owned quite a few horses in the past, and I've thought about getting another cutting horse but I really don't have any time for that stuff these days.

15 3/4. It was a borrowed saddle. We're not sure what saddle we're going to get yet. Every saddle maker we've talked to says to stay away from synthetic saddles and we should get a custom made leather saddle so it fits the horse($2000+). Every endurance rider we've talked to says use synthetic. Every roper says use .... you get the point.

well yeah any saddle maker is going to try and get you to spend as much money as humanly possible. What are you planning on doing with the horse? that has alot to do with what kind of saddle to get.

I grew up with horses. I always wanted a paint, but we ended up with an old trail horse from colorado that was an awesome ride, and a high dollar roping horse that was a pain in the ass, but he knew what he was doing.

I ended up with a really nice Luskey's saddle.

One of the happiest days of my life was when our last horse was trailered up and driven away.
