Huh, never knew you are a lesbian.

+1 on the 90's Civics for mileage but if you do a lot of highway driving a 97-2002 Regal GS is a great choice too. They get over 30 on the highway, parts are dirt cheap and they are comfortable. They are also invisible so cops ignore them.

I get about 16mpg average these days. It used to be better but I went with a heavier tire that just killed it. This is with 33's and 4:88's. Any further of a drive than I already have and I will be looking for a beater.

the first black jeep in the pic was our '10 rubicon, built it up on 37s then the wifey got knocked up and she wanted something "comfier". truth be told i'm glad to be out of that thing and building a dedicated rock crawler again. i'm not quite baller enough to be wheeling a 40k jeep and laying it on its side and beating the shit out of it.. which we did anyway. LOL

My buddy turned his 07 JKU into a beast on 42s.. with a 4 inch lift.

Long arm rock krawler lift. Actually now that I think back on it it is a 3.5 lift. Dana 60s and 5.13 gears and lockers. Fenders, bumpers top and cage were all homebuilt.

Just my observation. Guess you would know better. With my GS I would pass cops all the time doing 8 or so over the limit and they would never come get me. In my Mustangs.... 1 mph over and they were on my arse in an instant.
