I like 'em! I'm interested to see how they do at the track for you though. I couldn't hook for shit with 18's on my car (not enough sidewall, I'm guessing) and ended up going back to the 295/55-15's.

M&H, 275/45's. Also ran 17" when I had the Welds, used a 295/45 on them. I think they may have worked better with an auto, but the shock of the manual launch needed a bigger sidewall to absorb some of it. The 17's worked better than the 18's, and I ended up with some 1.7x 60's on them. Couldn't ever do better than a 1.85 on the 18's.

Hmm I've never seen an 18" dark star in the back. I only see the 15's. Not a bad look I guess but sort of different. Kind of like getting 18" drag lites or something. Lol Just don't see it done often.

Yeah I'm running 305/45/18 NT05R in the rears. So we will find out here soon if they will hook. I'll probably buy another set of rears but 15's for slicks when I'm ready to use the nitrous.

Yeah I wanted something different then anyone else around the dfw area as far as wheels goes. I had some avant grande M310's and I've seen 5 other mustangs with those wheels too plus all these black rims are all looking the same. I don't see too many mustangs around here rolling on these.
